These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Annalemma Labs ecosystem, including the Sweat Insights mobile application, Reveal Sheet products, the Sweatcare Club community, and the online shop (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

The Services are operated by Annalemma Labs, Inc. (“Annalemma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. The Services We Provide

The Services include:

  • Mobile Application – data capture, image-based analysis, and user-facing insights related to sweat and wellness.
  • Reveal Sheet Products – physical, single-use sheets intended to be used with the app.
  • Club / Community – membership-based educational content and discussion spaces.
  • Shop – e-commerce experiences powered by Shopify for purchasing products and subscriptions.

Each part of the Services may have additional guidelines or rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The Services do not provide medical advice and are not medical devices.

  • The Reveal Sheets, app features, insights, and any related content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
  • The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Any insights generated are based on consumer-grade analysis and may be influenced by environmental, physiological, and technical factors.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

5. App Permissions & Device Access

Camera Access

The mobile application may request access to your device’s camera solely for the purpose of:

  • Capturing images of Reveal Sheets
  • Enabling in-app visual analysis related to product use

Camera access is optional, but certain features will not function without it.

We do not:

  • Record video continuously
  • Access your camera without your explicit consent
  • Use camera access for advertising, tracking, or facial recognition

Photos & Media

If enabled by you, the app may access photos only when you choose to upload or capture an image within the app.

Notifications

If enabled, notifications are used to deliver service-related messages, reminders, or updates. Notifications are optional and can be managed through device settings.

Permission Control

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device’s system settings. Disabling permissions may limit app functionality.

6. User Accounts & Authentication

Some features require account creation and authentication.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Reveal Sheet Usage & Limitations

Reveal Sheets are designed for single-use, non-clinical, consumer wellness purposes only.

You agree:

  • Not to reuse, resell, or alter Reveal Sheets
  • Not to rely on results as medical diagnoses
  • To follow all provided usage instructions

Results may vary based on lighting, hydration, skin condition, timing, and other factors. No accuracy or outcome is guaranteed.

8. Community (Club) Conduct

If you participate in the Club, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and lawfully
  • Avoid posting misleading, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Refrain from providing medical, legal, or professional advice to other members

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to the Club at our discretion.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions & Payments

Shop & Payments

  • Purchases are processed through Shopify and subject to Shopify’s terms and payment policies.
  • Prices, taxes, shipping, and refunds are disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions

  • Some Services include recurring subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your account or app store settings.

Refund eligibility is disclosed at the point of sale and may vary by product.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Services are owned by Annalemma Labs or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services
  • Use Annalemma Labs branding without written permission

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited license to operate and improve the Services.

11. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How it is used
  • How it is protected
  • Your rights and choices

We do not sell personal data.
We do not use collected data for third-party advertising without consent.

12. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for service interruptions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Annalemma Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Annalemma Labs in the prior 12 months, if any.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Annalemma Labs from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Apple App Store Disclaimer (Required)

This agreement is between you and Annalemma Labs, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for:

  • The Services
  • Any claims related to the Services
  • Maintenance or support

Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
