What is Sweatcare?
Sweatcare is Annalemma Labs' complete system for acting on the body's signals. It includes the app, the Reveal Sheet, Live Body Intelligence, and simple rituals that help you hydrate, recover, and rebalance based on what your body actually showed. Sweatcare is the daily practice that turns sweat into understanding and action.
How does the Sweatcare system work?
Sweatcare works by turning your sweat into a clear next step. You sweat, the Reveal Sheet captures your response, Live Body Intelligence interprets the signal, and The Take gives you one simple action to support hydration, recovery, or stress regulation. Repeating this cycle helps you understand your body over time.
Why should I care what my sweat is telling me?
Sweat reflects how your body handled effort. It connects to hydration shifts, heat load, and stress chemistry. Understanding what your sweat is showing you helps you support recovery and regulate energy instead of guessing.
Why should I track my sweat?
Tracking sweat helps you see how your body handles heat, hydration, and recovery across different days and environments. Over time, the patterns show what supports your system and what drains it, so you can make better decisions about effort and recovery.
Why does sweating consistently matter?
Consistent sweat sessions reveal how your body adapts to effort. They show your heat tolerance, hydration needs, recovery patterns, and how your stress chemistry shifts. The more consistent the input, the clearer the signal your body gives you.
How can Sweatcare help me stay consistent?
Sweatcare gives you one simple next step after every session, turning recovery into a repeatable habit. Instead of guessing what your body needs, you follow a clear ritual that is easy to repeat whenever you sweat.
What products are part of Sweatcare?
Sweatcare includes the Reveal Sheet, the Sweatcare app, Live Body Intelligence, and The Take. Together, they show your sweat signal, interpret it, and guide your next step. Future skincare will expand the system and support recovery directly on the skin.
Will Sweatcare include skincare?
Yes. Sweatcare will expand to include skincare for the pre and post effort moment, supporting skin hydration and bringing internal and external care together in one system.
What is the Locker?
The Locker is your personal archive of sweat signals and insights (your Takes). It combines the science behind your result, a clear interpretation, a simple ritual to try, and a space to reflect on what you notice. Over time, the Locker helps you see how hydration, pH, magnesium, circulation, and stress change with routine, sleep, and environment.
Reveal Sheet™
What is a Reveal Sheet™?
A Reveal Sheet is a sweat responsive cloth that changes color when it meets your sweat. It creates a visual signature of how your body responded to effort, showing shifts in hydration, pH, magnesium, and intensity within seconds.
How do Reveal Sheets™ respond to sweat?
Reveal Sheets react to the moisture and chemistry of your sweat. Shifts in hydration, pH, and mineral use create a color pattern the app can read.
What does the color shift mean?
The color shift reflects how your sweat responded to effort. Live Body Intelligence interprets the pattern to show hydration load, heat stress, and recovery demand based on that session.
How do I use a Reveal Sheet™ correctly?
Use a Reveal Sheet right after you sweat. Press it once against clean skin on your chest or upper body without scrubbing. Wait for the color to develop, then let it dry before scanning with the app.
How much sweat is enough?
There needs to be enough sweat on the skin for the Reveal Sheet to change color. You do not need heavy or dripping sweat, but very light moisture may not create a readable signature.
Can I reuse a Reveal Sheet™?
No. Reveal Sheets are single use. Once the color has developed, the sheet should be discarded.
Do Reveal Sheets™ expire?
Yes. Reveal Sheets should be used within six months of purchase for the most reliable response.
Are Reveal Sheets™ safe for all skin types?
Yes. Reveal Sheets are alcohol free and use skin safe materials. If you have a history of sensitivity, test on a small area first.
Do Reveal Sheets™ contain alcohol?
No. Reveal Sheets do not contain alcohol.
Are Reveal Sheets™ organic or eco friendly?
Reveal Sheets use skin safe materials and can be discarded in regular waste. They are not currently certified organic.
Can Reveal Sheets™ replace a shower?
No. Reveal Sheets do not clean the skin or remove sweat. They show a sweat response but do not replace bathing.
Can Reveal Sheets™ show what is in my sweat?
Reveal Sheets do not detect toxins, diagnose conditions, or measure medical biomarkers. They show how your sweat responded to effort through a visible color pattern that Live Body Intelligence interprets for hydration, heat, and recovery insights.
Live Body Intelligence™ and Takes
What is Live Body Intelligence™?
Live Body Intelligence is Annalemma Labs' intelligence engine. It interprets sweat in real time and maps how your body handles hydration, heat, recovery, and stress. It reads the signal behind the color shift, integrates context, and identifies what your body needs. You do not interact with LBI directly. It works in the background powering every insight.
What signals does Live Body Intelligence™ use?
Live Body Intelligence uses the sweat signature from the Reveal Sheet to read four types of signals: hydration load, mineral use, pH shift, and heat stress response. These signals change from session to session and show how your body handled the effort in that moment.
How does Live Body Intelligence™ interpret my sweat?
Live Body Intelligence analyzes the visual signature on the Reveal Sheet and compares it to patterns linked to hydration load, heat stress, mineral use, and recovery demand. From there it identifies which domain is most activated and uses that to generate your Take.
What is The Take?
The Take is your guidance step. After you scan a Reveal Sheet, Live Body Intelligence translates your sweat response into one simple action: Rehydrate, Replenish, or Restore. Each Take is designed to match what your body showed in that moment.
What are Rehydrate, Replenish, and Restore?
Rehydrate supports fluid and electrolyte balance after effort.Replenish supports muscles, nerves, and energy pathways when recovery demand is high.Restore supports nervous system and stress regulation when your sweat pattern shows strain.Each one is a simple next step based on how your body responded in that session.
Why does my guidance change?
Your guidance changes because your sweat signal changes. Heat, intensity, hydration, sleep, and stress all affect how your body responds to effort. Live Body Intelligence adjusts the Take based on the signal it sees in each session.
What happens when I scan a Reveal Sheet™?
When you scan a Reveal Sheet in the app, the image of the color signature is captured and sent to Live Body Intelligence. LBI interprets the pattern, identifies what your body needs, and turns that into your Take.
How does the app generate The Take?
The app uses Live Body Intelligence to interpret the sweat signature and decide whether your body needs Rehydrate, Replenish, or Restore. It then delivers one clear explanation and a simple ritual you can follow.
Sweat Intelligence
What is Sweat Intelligence?
Sweat Intelligence is Annalemma Labs' framework for understanding what sweat chemistry shows about how your body responds to effort. It translates sweat signals into insight by connecting hydration, heat, recovery demand, and stress responses to simple actions you can use in real time.
Why do we sweat?
We sweat so the body can release heat and keep a stable internal temperature. As sweat evaporates from the skin, it cools you so you can keep moving and thinking under effort or heat.
Is sweating good for you?
Sweating supports temperature control and can reflect how your body responds to movement and heat. The benefit comes from the activity and cardiovascular response around sweating, not from sweat leaving the body.
Why do I sweat when I am stressed?
Stress activates your sympathetic nervous system, which stimulates sweat glands, especially on your palms, face, and chest. This is part of the body's normal fight or flight response.
What signals show up in sweat?
Sweat contains water, electrolytes, acids, and metabolic byproducts that reflect hydration load, pH balance, mineral use, and heat stress. It does not diagnose conditions or measure whole body toxicity.
What is sweat pH?
Sweat pH reflects how your body handles acids during effort. It can shift with heat, intensity, skin environment, and stress. Changes in sweat pH are one of the signals Live Body Intelligence uses when interpreting your Reveal Sheet.
What does magnesium loss mean?
Sweat magnesium reflects how your muscles and nervous system handled effort. Higher magnesium use can indicate greater recovery demand, especially with repeated intense sessions.
Does sweat show dehydration?
Sweat patterns can reflect hydration stress but they do not diagnose dehydration. The Reveal Sheet and Live Body Intelligence use your sweat response as one signal for hydration load, not a medical test.
How do heat and humidity affect sweat?
Heat and humidity increase sweat rate and change how easily sweat can evaporate. This affects how your body manages cooling and can change how intense a session feels at the same workload.
Does sweat detox the body?
Detoxification happens mainly in the liver and kidneys. Sweat is for cooling, not detox. Sweat does not remove toxins in a way that replaces or mimics how organs clear them.
Sweatcare App + Tracking
Do I need the Sweatcare App?
You do not need the app to see the color change on the Reveal Sheet, but you do need it to interpret the visual signature, receive your Take, and track patterns over time.
What happens when I scan the Reveal Sheet™?
When you scan the Reveal Sheet, the Sweatcare app captures the color signature and sends it to Live Body Intelligence. LBI interprets the pattern and generates your Take, which appears in the app.
How does the app interpret my sweat signal?
The app uses Live Body Intelligence to match your sweat signature to patterns of hydration load, pH shifts, mineral use, and heat stress. From there it determines whether you need Rehydrate, Replenish, or Restore.
Does the app store my data?
The app stores your scan history, Takes, and reflections so you can see patterns over time. It does not store medical records or diagnostic data.
How does pattern tracking work?
Each scan adds to your Locker, building a record of your sweat signals and Takes. Looking back, you can see how changes in heat, sleep, effort, and routine affect your hydration, recovery, and stress patterns.
Do I need an account to use the app?
You need an account to save scans, store your Locker history, and sync your data across devices.
Orders + Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Order processing usually takes one to two business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes three to seven business days depending on your location and shipping method.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photos if available. We will help replace or refund your order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact support as soon as possible with your order details.
Returns
Can I return a product if I have opened it or used it?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed. If you have questions about the condition of your product or think it arrived damaged or incorrect, contact support@annalemmalabs.com with your order number and photos.
Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
In most cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?
Refunds are processed within five to seven business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Can I return a product if it causes an allergic reaction or doesn't work for my skin type?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If a product causes an allergic reaction or doesn't work for your skin type, please let us know and we'll do our best to provide a solution, which may include a return or exchange.
Can I return a product that was purchased with a promotion or discount code?
Products purchased with a promotion or discount code may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Depending on the promotion, we may not accept returns or exchanges for these products.

We work with manufacturing partners who follow responsible labor and quality standards. We are committed to improving our sourcing and production practices over time.

Our packaging is recyclable where local facilities allow and is designed to minimize excess material. We are always looking for ways to reduce waste further.
Is the Reveal Sheet ink safe?
The Reveal Sheet color system is skin safe and alcohol free. It is not certified organic but is tested for skin contact safety.
Are you vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we're proud to be a vegan and cruelty-free brand. We never test our products on animals and use only vegan ingredients in all of our formulations. We believe that beauty should be ethical and sustainable, and we're committed to promoting a more compassionate world.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Reveal Sheets are topical and non invasive. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have questions, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before use.
