Understanding Your Results

Your Take summarizes what your sweat is expressing through three dimensions:

Rehydrate — your fluid and electrolyte balance

Replenish — muscle, nerve, and energy support

Restore — nervous system and recovery chemistry

Each Take gives you a simple ritual to support what your body needs next.

Health

Sweat Benefits

Did you know your sweat is one of the body’s most undervalued systems?

  • Thermoregulation: Sweat keeps your core temperature stable, protecting your brain and muscles under stress.
  • Detoxification: While not the main detox pathway (that’s your liver/kidneys), sweat carries trace heavy metals and waste products.
  • Skin barrier function: Sweat contains antimicrobial peptides (like dermcidin) that defend your skin.
  • Cardiovascular fitness: Sweating regularly in workouts or sauna improves endothelial function and VO₂ max.

Wellness

Sauna Benefits

What if sitting in the heat was one of the most powerful longevity tools we have?

  • Cardiovascular health: Studies show frequent sauna use lowers risk of cardiovascular disease by up to 50%.
  • Heat shock proteins: Triggered in heat, they repair damaged proteins, reduce inflammation, and build resilience.
  • Recovery & mood: Saunas increase blood flow to muscles, release endorphins, and support mental reset.
  • Longevity: Regular sauna use is linked to reduced all-cause mortality in large Finnish studies.

Rosemary Benefits

Why start with rosemary? It's an incredible research-backed powerhouse plant, rich with polyphenols.

  • Antioxidant powerhouse: Carnosic acid and rosmarinic acid protect skin from oxidative stress.
  • Circulation & cognition: Rosemary has been studied for improved memory, focus, and blood flow.
  • Skin recovery: Its hydrosol supports wound healing and calms irritation.
  • Tradition & ritual: Used for centuries in medicine, cleansing, and renewal.
