Birthday Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This promotion ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Annalemma Labs ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Description

• Eligible participants may receive one (1) Starter Kit, which includes one (1) bag and five (5) Reveal Sheets, at no cost, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.
• The Giveaway is limited to the first 200 eligible participants, while supplies last.
• Contents of the Starter Kit are fixed and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

4. How to Enter / Claim

To participate in the Giveaway:

• Visit the Giveaway landing page via the link provided in Annalemma Labs' Instagram bio.
• Complete and submit the required form with accurate and complete information, including shipping details.
• Submit the form during the Giveaway Period.
• Limit one (1) Starter Kit per person and per household.
• Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.
• Submission of a claim does not guarantee receipt of a Starter Kit; fulfillment is subject to availability and eligibility verification.

5. Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. PT on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, and ends at 8:00 p.m. PT on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, or when all 200 Starter Kits have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
• Claims submitted after the Giveaway has ended or after all Starter Kits have been claimed will not be fulfilled.

6. Shipping

• Shipping is available within the United States only.
• Shipping is free.
• No P.O. Boxes.
• Annalemma Labs is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the participant.
• Please allow up to 21 days for fulfillment and delivery.

7. No Cash Value / No Substitution

• The Starter Kit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for any other product or service.
• Each Starter Kit consists of one (1) bag and five (5) Reveal Sheets.

8. Privacy & Data Use

By participating, you agree that Annalemma Labs may collect and use your personal information solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and shipping the Starter Kit, in accordance with Annalemma Labs' Privacy Policy:

If you provide an email address, you may receive communications from Annalemma Labs. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable CAN-SPAM laws.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this Giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annalemma Labs is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, server errors, website malfunctions, or connectivity issues
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the Starter Kit

11. General Conditions

Annalemma Labs reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions
• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond Annalemma Labs' reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

12. Void Where Prohibited

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
